Buying tickets
Tickets are bought through our payment provider Stripe. Prices are in Danish kroner. Payment is taken at purchase. You receive a confirmation by email, which is your ticket.
Right of withdrawal
Tickets carry no 14-day right of withdrawal, because they are for a leisure event on a specific date (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(xii)). Our refund rules below apply instead.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you cancel no later than 48 hours before the event starts. Email info@chimaeracollective.dk with your name and order confirmation. We refund to the same payment method within 14 days. Cancellations later than 48 hours before the start are not refunded.
Cancellations and changes
If we cancel an event, you automatically get a full refund. If we significantly change the date or venue, you can choose a full refund instead of attending.
Photos
We take photos at our events. See our privacy policy for how photos are used and how to have one removed.
Complaints
Contact us first at info@chimaeracollective.dk. If we can't resolve it, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution via forbrug.dk.
Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
