We never receive your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is an independent data controller for payment data.
Photos
We take photos at our events. Situational photos, where the activity is the focus, are used on our website and social media. Portraits, where you are the focus, are used only with your consent. If you don't want to be photographed, tell us on the day. To have a photo removed, email info@chimaeracollective.dk and we will remove it.
Recipients and processors
- MailerLite: newsletters.
- Stripe: payments and receipts (independent controller).
- Web3Forms: delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
- Vercel: website hosting and cookieless visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics).
- Adobe Fonts: typefaces. Your browser loads them from Adobe's servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
Some providers process data outside the EU, including in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Visitor statistics are counted without cookies. If we ever introduce such cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing. Email info@chimaeracollective.dk.
Complaints
